Liz Davy, MA - Children, Adolescents and Adults

Hi, I’m Liz.

You might be exhausted from holding it all together amid overwhelming emotions, significant life transitions, relationship stress, identity questions, or the grind of day-to-day. Maybe underneath the exhaustion is a trauma history or attachment wounds, and you've spent life unseen, unsafe, or deeply misunderstood. Maybe you are disconnected from your body, shut down, or stuck in a state of fight-or-flight. You may get caught in overthinking or anxious patterns like intrusive thoughts, rumination, and reassurance-seeking. Our work together is to help build steadier emotions, healthier relationships, embodiment, self-trust, and hope.

I support adolescents, adults, couples, and parents by creating a safe, compassionate space where they can slow down, tune into their inner world, and feel seen without judgment. Through a trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approach, I help clients build emotional awareness, develop coping tools, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

You don’t have to carry this all alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can build resilience, strengthen connection, and support real change at a pace that feels safe. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped for what life brings, with tools you can actually use. I look forward to hearing from you!
