What is Group Counseling?
Group counseling brings people together who are facing similar challenges to connect, learn, and grow in a supportive, therapist-led setting. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting stress, or other life transitions, group therapy offers a space to realize you're not alone — and to gain new perspectives, tools, and emotional support from others on a similar path.
Group Counseling
Find Support & Growth in a Group Setting
Why Groups Work
Group therapy can be incredibly powerful because it combines the guidance of a skilled therapist with the shared experiences and wisdom of peers. Many people find that hearing from others helps them feel validated, reduces shame, and inspires change. In a group, you’ll practice new communication and coping skills, build confidence, and get the kind of support that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Benefits of Group Counseling:
Feel less alone in your struggles
Practice new skills in real-time
Learn from others’ experiences
Improve communication and connection
Receive and give support in a safe space
Build community and accountability
