Here, you don’t have to mask who you are or work so hard to fit in. This is a space where you can be fully yourself—quirks, struggles, strengths, and all—and know that you’ll be met with understanding instead of judgment. Whether you’re a young person figuring out how to navigate a world that doesn’t always “get it,” or a parent juggling your child’s needs alongside your own self-doubt and exhaustion, I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.

I also specialize in executive functioning coaching for kids, teens, and adults who feel like their skills can’t keep up with their goals—those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’re constantly falling behind. Together, we’ll break things down into manageable steps, build strategies that actually work in daily life, and create space for you to feel less alone in the process.

Clients who work with me often find that my creative approach helps them engage in ways they didn’t expect. I use tactile, hands-on, and experiential exercises to pull people out of their shell and help them see problems from a fresh angle. Whether that’s through art, movement, or trying something new in session, my goal is to open up new pathways for problem-solving and growth.

I have a deep curiosity about people’s stories, and I work hard to keep learning and listening so that I can meet you where you are. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all—sometimes it looks like building practical strategies and skills, and other times it’s making space for expression, release, or even laughter in the middle of the hard stuff.

My hope is to create a judgment-free space where you can lay down the pressure to perform, sort through the messy parts of life, and begin to feel more confident in yourself. Together, we’ll untangle what feels overwhelming, step by step, so you can move forward with a sense of balance, clarity, and growth.
