Families, Couples, Parents, Adolescents and Adults

Hi, I’m Ashlyn.

I’m the therapist who gets what it’s like to feel everything deeply—and to still have to show up for work, parenting, marriage, and life. I work with parents of big-feeling kids, couples in crisis, and adolescents and and adults who’ve been told they’re “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “too emotional.”

Spoiler: you're not. You just need support that actually fits you.

In therapy with me, we won’t just talk—we’ll build real tools you can use in the middle of the hard stuff. You'll get space to be honest about how heavy life feels and structure to help you move through it. I'm here to offer both compassion and clarity.

I’ve walked through my own experiences with loss, and I know what it’s like to feel cracked open by grief, to feel burnt out and that life is hitting below the belt. I’m also a parent to deeply feeling kids and a partner in a real, imperfect marriage. I know what its like to worry if your kid will be ok, or if you can make it through. I know the exhaustion of trying to hold it all together and the fear that maybe you’re doing it wrong. You're not alone in that.

Clients often tell me they feel seen right away—like they don’t have to perform, explain, or edit themselves. That’s the space I work to create: one where you can take a deep breath, say the messy thing, and feel safe doing it.

I was drawn to this field because I know firsthand how life-changing therapy can be. As a teenager, I went through my own therapy journey—and when my parents brought our whole family into the process, it completely transformed how we communicated and connected. It didn’t fix everything overnight, but it gave us a new way to understand each other. That experience stayed with me and planted the seed for the work I do now. I know what it’s like to be the kid in the therapy room, the parent trying to hold things together, and the adult still carrying stories that started long ago.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Whether you're here for yourself, your relationship, or your child, I’m here to help you find solid footing—and feel more like yourself again.
