Hi, I’m Callie.
Callie Paige, LMSW - Children, Families, Adolescents and Adults
I work with children 6 and up, teens, and young adults who are navigating the confusing mix of growing up: big emotions, school stress, friendship changes, planning for the future, and just being human. My heart is in helping young people figure out who they are, all while feeling understood, capable, and connected to the people who matter most. When someone walks into my space, my goal is for them to feel immediate relief, like they can finally exhale, drop the expectations they carry, and show up as their full, authentic selves.
In individual sessions, I create a space where no one has to mask, edit, or perform, and where every part of them - silly, sensitive, overwhelmed, curious, or unsure - is welcome. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build practical coping skills, and find ways to move through life with more confidence and clarity. My approach is collaborative and affirming because I believe every young person already has so many good things inside them, and my role is to help them see, trust, and grow those strengths.
My work is grounded in CBT and DBT, which means we'll focus on real, practical skills together: ways to cope, communicate, and problem-solve that actually work in everyday life. I root my practice in authenticity, empathy, creativity, and acceptance, and I am committed to showing up as a real person, not just as a professional, because connection matters. I’m especially comfortable holding space for big emotions and the more tender parts of life, while still keeping room for creativity, humor, and fun.
My clinical foundation was shaped through my work at a high school and young adult transition program for neurodiverse students, a community and population I absolutely love. With five years of experience supporting students with communication, regulation, sensory, emotional, and motor needs, I approach each student with strengths-based care that celebrates differences. I’ve supported students in building skills in executive functioning, mental health, social connection, career readiness, and self advocacy. That background still shapes how I show up in the therapy room: with patience, curiosity, and a belief that young people thrive when they feel seen and supported.
I'm also a graduate of the GaLEND program at Georgia State University, where I received training in family-centered and culturally competent care for families raising children with disabilities. This helps me look at the whole picture: the child, the environment, the family system, and the unique ways people grow when given the right tools and space.
Whatever you’re feeling, there’s a good chance I’ve felt something similar—or I’ve walked alongside someone who has. I am here so that you don't have to go through the hard moments alone.

Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families
Guiding people through strong, confusing, or overwhelming emotions is where I feel most at home. Nothing you bring in is “too much”. I can sit with it and help you make sense of it.

Great question, my first priority is always to assess what you need and tailor our work to that. But there are some specialties that I have (its ok if these look like a bunch of letters, we can get into it!):
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and DBT for Children: Helps with big emotions, relationship struggles, and impulsive behaviors by teaching real-world skills for calming, communicating, and coping.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Focuses on noticing unhelpful thought patterns and shifting them so you can feel and act differently in everyday life.
