    Message us through our contact form, email, or give us a call. We’ll answer any questions, talk through fees, and make sure we understand what you’re looking for. Not sure what kind of therapy you need? That’s okay—we’ll walk you through it and while we offer lots of different modalities (all those letters you see), whats most important is finding a good match.

    02/ Get Matched + Schedule

    We’ll help match you with a therapist who fits your needs, schedule, and personality. We’ll set you up with a portal account so you can schedule at your convenience, or we can email you options for session times and schedule for you.
