ADHD, Autism, and Neurodivergency
Honoring how their brain works—and helping them thrive.
If you’re raising a child who is neurodivergent, you already know that standard parenting advice often falls flat. Maybe your child struggles with focus, emotional regulation, social connection, or sensory sensitivities. Maybe they’re misunderstood at school, overwhelmed by daily routines, or labeled as “too much” or “not trying hard enough.”
You’ve likely tried everything you can think of—behavior charts, accommodations, calming strategies—yet still feel like you’re navigating it all alone. We’re here to help.
We Work With Kids, Not Against Them
A Strengths-Based, Compassionate Approach
We don’t pathologize neurodivergence. We recognize that ADHD, autism, and other differences come with unique challenges—and unique strengths. Our work is rooted in curiosity, connection, and respect for each child’s internal experience.
We meet your child with warmth and patience. We help them feel safe, understood, and capable of change—not because they’re broken, but because they deserve support that works with their brain, not against it.
Support for Parents, Too
Raising a neurodivergent child can feel isolating, especially when others don’t see what you see or understand what you’re dealing with. We include you as a vital partner in the process. Whether through parent coaching or joint sessions, we help you feel more equipped, less alone, and more connected to your child.
How We Help
We use a combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to your child’s needs, including:
Executive Function Coaching
CBT and DBT-informed strategies for emotion regulation
Play therapy and art therapy for younger children
Social thinking and flexible problem-solving
Parent coaching using collaborative and trust-based models
TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention)
Support with IEPs and school communication (when needed)
We specialize in working with children and teens who are neurodivergent, including those with:
ADHD
Autism (Level 1 or formerly "Asperger’s")
Sensory processing differences
Executive functioning challenges
Rigid or inflexible thinking
Emotional dysregulation or meltdowns
Social anxiety and peer struggles
Rather than trying to "fix" behaviors, we focus on understanding the why beneath them. Through therapy and coaching, we help kids build self-awareness, self-advocacy, and real tools to navigate a world that isn’t always built with their wiring in mind.
